-All vehicles sold are "AS-IS". - NO REFUNDS

-All transactions must be in cash form, (US Dollar) or wire transfers. No Debit Cards, Checks, or Cashiers Checks.

-A.V.I.S will furnish a VTR-265 form to the purchaser of the vehicle to apply for a Texas title at time of purchase.

-All documents attached with form VTR-265 must be taken to a local county tax assessor's office to apply for a Texas title. All fees for tax (if any), title, and transfer fee must be paid by the purchaser at the local county tax asessors office at the time of transfer.

-Vehicles listed on The Car Dump site will state if it has a valid title. Otherwise, VTR-265 will apply as a legal document to obtain a Texas title.

-The Car Dump does not offer or have warranties on any vehicles listed on the website.

-Please read thoroughly of the detailed description of vehicles listed on the website. We (The Car Dump) will offer as much information of the condition of each vehicle   listed to the best of our knowledge.

-Some vehicles listed on The Car Dump may not have keys, batteries, and or missing parts. - Payments must be paid in full at the time of purchase. All transactions are   final!

-Purchase of auctioned or private sale vehicles must be removed from A.V.I.S facility within 72 hrs. Or A.V.I.S may reimpound the vehicle. Storage and impound fees     will apply.

-A.V.I.S has the right to refuse sale or purchase of any vehicle listed.
